First Bloom

The First Bloom Program is a collaborative effort among the Downtown Dayton Partnership, Five Rivers MetroParks, and the Wegerzyn Gardens Foundation.  Volunteers plant nearly 200 planters on the sidewalks of downtown Dayton with colorful annuals each spring, then maintained throughout the summer by the store owners and volunteers before being cleaned out in the fall.
