Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark’s Golden Anniversary in 2023
Wegerzyn Gardens began in 1973 as the Benjamin Wegerzyn Horticultural Center and in 1995 became part of Five Rivers MetroParks.
Today it’s home to many unique features you won’t find anywhere else including:
- Children’s Discovery Garden
- Community garden plots
- Family educational programs
- Formal and native gardens
